Job summary

Trinity Management Company, L.L.C. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to complete general inspections, service requests, apartment turns, and general repairs across the property, with pool care as directed by leadership.

You will handle plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, and minor carpentry, ensuring safety and quality on every task. A strong focus on resident satisfaction and timely communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of residential property maintenance experience.
• HVAC, EPA, OSHA certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests within 48 hours.
• Perform maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, pool care.
• Assist with apartment turns to meet company standards.
• Respond to emergencies within 15 minutes when on-call.
• Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor and residents effectively.
