Qualifications

• More than 5 years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills and industry specific technology to coordinate and help respond to resident/management requests for the property.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage maintenance staff schedules.
• Coordinate with Community Manager for staffing needs.
• Ensure safety training and OSHA compliance; supervise repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain equipment and facilities; source new equipment as needed.
• Assist with on-call rotations and respond to resident requests per standards.
