Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Service Manager III to coordinate maintenance staff and oversee repairs across properties, ensuring safety and high‑quality service for residents in the Las Vegas area.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, preventive maintenance, OSHA compliance, and on‑call coverage. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands‑on maintenance experience with 500+ units.

Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills and industry software for work orders, preventative maintenance tracking, and inventory
• Experience scheduling maintenance across multiple buildings and coordinating teams
• Must be able to respond to resident requests and safety concerns promptly and professionally
• EPA 608 Type I–HVAC or Universal and CPO certifications preferred or required by jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage maintenance employee schedules and assignments
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff across properties
• Oversee safety training and OSHA compliance for all staff
• Conduct daily property and grounds inspections; identify repair needs and manage repairs
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs and monitor monthly budget; manage supplies inventory
• Respond to resident requests and follow up on satisfaction; participate in on-call rotation
