Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills and industry-specific technology to coordinate and respond to resident/management requests.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently and prioritizes tasks.
• Must provide own hand tools; on-call work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance employees and communicate assignments.
• Assist site staffing with the Community Manager and assess training needs.
• Ensure safety training, property safety audits, and compliance with OSHA.
• Inspect, maintain, repair, replace, and clean equipment across properties.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and follow up through maintenance staff.
• Share on-call responsibilities and respond to incidents as needed.
