Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at the assigned property, ensuring compliance with Avenue5 policies and all regulations. You will oversee service requests, make-ready standards, and safety.

The role requires at least three years in property management or related field, strong carpentry skills, a valid driver’s license, and excellent customer service. You will mentor the maintenance team and help manage the property budget.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure safety.
• Manage service requests and unit make-ready standards.
• Review progress of issues and identify chronic maintenance problems.
