Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader for a busy residential community in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time, non-exempt role focused on protecting and enhancing property value while delivering exceptional resident service and upkeep.

You will supervise basic repairs, manage grounds and common areas, support apartment turnovers, and respond to emergencies with safety in mind. Weekend and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant industry experience; property management a plus.
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Basic maintenance skills and ability to lift 75 lbs.
Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance.
Able to work weekends and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

Ensure property grounds and buildings are clean and well maintained.
Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties.
Demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork.
Keep clubhouse and common areas safe, tidy, and sanitary.
Maintain landscaping and curb appeal; water flowers as needed.
Prepare apartments for new move-ins and communicate issues to supervisor.
Assist with apartment turnovers as directed.
Report maintenance or curb appeal issues to Community Manager.
