Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) to protect, maintain, and enhance community value and resident experience. You will address resident maintenance issues promptly and manage upkeep across grounds, buildings, and common areas.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to Cardinal Culture while performing routine maintenance tasks and supporting turnovers and emergencies as they arise.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in maintenance or property management.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance and lift 75 lbs.
• Must be available on weekends and for on-call emergencies.
• Knowledge of pool maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds and buildings well maintained and curb appeal.
• Assist with basic repairs and other maintenance duties.
• Provide strong customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain safe, tidy common areas and clubhouse.
• Respond to emergencies per policies.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and communicate with Community Manager.
• Attend in-service training and follow policies.
