Job summary

Ultipro in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) to protect, maintain and enhance community value while improving resident living experiences. You will oversee daily maintenance, coordinate with supervisors, and ensure safe, clean common areas.

The role requires 3-5 years of maintenance or property management experience, strong customer service, ability to lift 75 lbs, weekend/on-call availability, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience; property management experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and basic maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of pool service/maintenance is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and clean, well-maintained grounds and buildings.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate customer service and teamwork consistently.
• Keep clubhouse, offices, model apartments and common areas safe, tidy, and sanitary.
• Ensure property is free of trash and animal waste; maintain landscaping and flowers.
