Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of the community in Gainesville, FL. You will ensure resident maintenance issues are resolved expertly and efficiently while upholding Cardinal Culture and customer service standards.

Responsibilities include keeping grounds and buildings pristine, performing basic repairs, supporting apartment turnovers, and responding to emergencies per policy.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail required.
• Basic maintenance skills expected including general upkeep and repairs.
• Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and stand for 8-12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal by keeping grounds and buildings clean and well maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties.
• Provide exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Keep common areas safe, tidy, and sanitary.
• Coordinate with supervisor on repairs and apartment turnovers as needed.
• Respond to emergencies per policy and participate in training sessions.
