Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to protect and enhance community value while maximizing resident living experiences. You will resolve maintenance issues efficiently and oversee daily upkeep of all common areas and exteriors.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong customer service, and ability to perform heavy lifting. Weekend shifts and on-call emergencies may be required; pool maintenance knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience; property management experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance required.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work 8-12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and keep grounds and buildings well maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Provide exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse, offices, models, hallways and common areas clean and safe.
• Respond to emergencies per policy and participate in trainings.
• Coordinate with supervisor and communicate issues needing attention.
