Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of our community while maximizing residents' living experience. You will ensure that all maintenance issues are resolved expertly and efficiently.

This is a full-time, non-exempt role requiring hands-on maintenance, customer service, and teamwork. You’ll manage grounds, assist with repairs, upkeep common areas, and coordinate with the Community Manager to keep the property in top

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience; property management is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance.
• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs and stand 8–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and keep grounds and buildings clean and well maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties.
• Deliver excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse, offices, and common areas safe, tidy, and sanitary.
• Ensure property is free of trash and debris.
• Maintain landscaping and watering of flowers.
• Prepare apartments for new resident move-ins.
• Report issues to supervisor for attention.
• Assist with apartment turnovers as directed.
• Communicate with Community Manager about maintenance or curb appeal problems.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
• Attend in-service training sessions.
• Comply with policies and procedures.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
