Job summary

Vensure Employer Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at a Denver, Colorado multifamily community. This hands-on role requires leadership, strong technical skills, and a commitment to exceptional resident service.

You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate turns, and respond to service requests, with a focus on safety, quality, and curb appeal in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 to 5 years of property maintenance, facilities maintenance, or multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Oversee apartment make-readies and vacant unit turns to prepare homes for new residents.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, HVAC equipment, drywall, and carpentry.
• Perform and coordinate preventative maintenance programs.
• Conduct daily inspections of buildings, common areas, amenities, and grounds to ensure cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal.
• Maintain swimming pool and hot tub operations in compliance with safety standards.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, team members, and stakeholders through exceptional customer service.
• Promote a productive, positive, and safety-focused work environment.
