Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance and repairs daily (Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances).
• Restore vacant apartments to rent-ready status in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds and keep property neat and free of litter.
• Maintain records per EPA/OSHA standards and budgets.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and sub-contractors to complete repairs on schedule.
• Ensure PPE compliance and safety during all maintenance activities.
