Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances and more.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner per policy.
• Keep grounds neat and manage cleaning duties.
• Maintain accurate records per EPA/OSHA and PM policies.
• Monitor property conditions and report unsafe issues immediately.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on expenditures and make-ready planning.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is on schedule and within budget.
• Train and motivate maintenance team; communicate goals and performance.
