Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at our Las Vegas properties. You will oversee repairs, safety, and make-ready processes while coordinating with the Property Manager to meet budgets and property goals.

The role requires 3+ years in property maintenance, strong English communication, and a focus on safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or related field (3+ years).
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and tolerate stress.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other systems.
• Maintain EPA/OSHA records and manage preventive maintenance.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure make-ready work is completed on schedule.
• Keep maintenance shop safe, organized and stocked with spare parts.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on staffing, budgets and goals.
