Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across our properties. You will coordinate repairs, supervise the maintenance team, manage make-ready tasks, and ensure compliance with EPA/OSHA standards and company policies.

Responsibilities include diagnosing routine issues, coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining safety, keeping accurate records, and helping to control the property budget.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance/repair involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, roofing and related tasks.
• Restore vacant apartments to “rent ready” status in a timely manner per policy.
• Maintain grounds and keep the property clean and safe.
• Keep accurate records on maintenance, safety, expenditures and make-ready status.
• Coordinate and oversee work by sub-contractors and ensure on-time completion.
• Train and motivate maintenance team and ensure PPE use at all times.
• Communicate goals with the Property Manager and report progress regularly.
