Responsibilities

Diagnose and perform routine maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances and more.
Restore vacant units to rent-ready status per policy.
Maintain grounds and keep areas tidy and safe.
Record-keeping for EPA/OSHA standards, PM, work orders and expenditures.
Monitor property condition and report unsafe conditions to the Property Manager.
Coordinate with sub-contractors and manage make-ready work per budget.
Train and motivate maintenance staff; uphold performance standards.
Communicate progress and align maintenance goals with property goals.
