• Maintain grounds and keep areas tidy and safe.
• Record-keeping for EPA/OSHA standards, PM, work orders and expenditures.
• Monitor property condition and report unsafe conditions to the Property Manager.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and manage make-ready work per budget.
• Train and motivate maintenance staff; uphold performance standards.
• Communicate progress and align maintenance goals with property goals.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years property management experience
