Qualifications

• 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED; college or technical degree preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with and completes work orders from resident requests and routine property upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units; coordinates vendors and inspects work.
• Maintains property standards for grounds, buildings, and common areas per company policies.
• Inspects work by staff and contractors; ensures quality and safety compliance.
• Assists in budgeting for repair, maintenance, and capital expenses; supports cost-control efforts.
