Qualifications

• Two years of Leasing experience in multifamily housing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, and process applications.

• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site property management software.
• Maintain show-ready units and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leasing or renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters and package preparation.
• Promote the community through marketing activities and programs.
