Preferred Apartment Communities in Houston, TX is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive occupancy and rent growth. You will build rapport with prospects and residents, complete lease paperwork, and present our apartments with a strong emphasis on service and brand experience.

The role requires daily interaction with prospects, tours of the property, and accurate data entry. A flexible schedule and valid driver’s license are expected to support leasing operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Proven success in achieving leasing goals and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address resident needs.
• Flexible schedule with availability during office hours.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily leasing activities to meet occupancy and rent growth goals.
• Show apartments, answer inquiries, and complete lease paperwork.
• Qualify prospects, run background checks, and follow up.
• Maintain move-in readiness and minimize vacant units.
• Provide outstanding service to residents and perform administrative tasks.
