Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or suitable alternative.
• 3+ years of experience as a Leasing Agent or similar role.
• Knowledge of real estate, property management principles, and applicable laws.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong people skills and availability for extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Record and update prospect and tenant data in the database promptly.
• Advertise properties and conduct property tours as part of marketing.
• Screen prospective tenants and verify application information.
• Assist with lease applications and gather required documentation.
• Inform applicants of results and coordinate move-in processes.
• Inspect properties during occupancy, address tenant concerns, and maintain records.
• Receive rent, deposits, and other applicable fees and keep accurate records.
