Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1 to generate leases, deliver an exceptional prospect experience, and support resident satisfaction at our Dallas properties. You will help the community achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work weekends. Experience with CRM and property management systems is a plus as you will manage guest cards, applications, and leasing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication and closing skills.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents.
• Conduct tours tailored to prospect needs.
• Explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms and policies.
• Process applications and leasing paperwork accurately.
• Maintain lead and prospect records in the property management system.
• Support move-ins, renewals, and resident service.
