Job summary

Pennrose Management Company in Glenside, PA is seeking a Marketing and Leasing Coordinator to drive leasing events, promote resident services, and support property operations. You will work under the Property Manager and Regional Property Manager to ensure compliant, efficient leasing and customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in multi-family management, LIHTC/HOPE VI/HUD knowledge, and Yardi/Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in multi-family property management.
• Experience with LIHTC and/or HOPE VI preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD programs including HOPE VI and project-based Section 8.
• Proficiency in Yardi preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, including Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Requires a valid drivers license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing events such as open houses, realtor tours, and resident promotions.
• Assist with resident services programming and marketing activities.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions affecting leasing and operations.
• Manage property calls and contact information, ensuring high customer service.
• Notify residents of tenancy issues and handle evictions as needed.
• Assist with maintaining building security measures and incident reporting.
• Maintain accounts payable/receivable processes and property expenditures.
• Lead tours of the property and show vacant units.
• Maintain reference books on property features, amenities, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with leasing agreements and housing laws.
