Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a leasing and property services specialist to market and lease assigned properties, serve residents, and implement property policies under supervision. The role pays $23–$25 per hour depending on experience, with duties spanning leasing events, resident programming, and operations support.

Candidate will support property management activities, coordinate tours, manage inquiries, and assist with financial processes while ensuring compliance with housing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in multi-family property management.
• Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program and/or HOPE 6 preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD programs including HOPE 6 and project-based Section8.
• Proficiency in Yardi preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing events such as open houses, realtor tours, and resident promotional activities.
• Assist with the development and implementation of resident services programming.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions affecting leasing and operations.
• Manage property’s answering service and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Notify residents of issues affecting tenancy.
• Assist Property Manager with maintaining building security measures and incident documentation.
• Maintain deposit and rental collections and accounts payable/receivable familiarity.
• Lead property tours and follow up with referrals and inquiries.
