Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Phoenixville, PA to market and lease properties, coordinate leasing events, and provide exceptional resident services. You will implement procedures under the Property Manager's direction and help manage day-to-day property operations.

The role requires related experience, strong customer service, and flexibility to travel between properties as needed. Proficiency in Yardi and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in multi-family property management.
• Knowledge of HUD programs including HOPE VI and/or Section 8.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating leasing events such as open houses and tours.
• Assists with resident services programming.
• Maintains knowledge of market conditions affecting leasing and operations.
• Manages the property’s answering service and contact information.
• Notifies residents of tenancy issues and handles communications.
