Job summary

Crown Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Director in Oakland Park, FL to balance customer service with financial oversight. You will mentor Leasing Teammates, drive revenue, and coordinate move-ins/outs, monthly reporting, and lease administration to ensure property performance.

You will lead leasing tours, maintain market and property knowledge, handle deposits, deliver daily reporting, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company standards while guiding on-site staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in multi-family, sales, retail, hospitality, property management or related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate rent collections and coordinate resident events.
• Assist with reporting, resident feedback, and market research.
• Ensure leasing documents are completed accurately.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Maintain market knowledge through site visits and surveys.
• Conduct site tours and lease apartments.
• Oversee lease paperwork and deposits.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and on-site scheduling.
• Adhere to Fair Housing and company policies.
