You will maintain product knowledge, market awareness, and effective communication with prospects and residents, ensuring a seamless leasing process and strong resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in multi-family, sales, retail, hospitality or property management.
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site presentations, sell to prospects and lease apartments.
• Explain lease terms and community policies to residents.
• Monitor vacancies and plan for future occupancy needs.
• Prepare and collect security deposits, rent and other funds.
• Coordinate move-in orientation and apartment inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements.
• Input availability and resident activity into property management software.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and inquiries.
