General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking an Leasing Agent to assist in managing a multifamily community. You will show apartments, secure leases, and contribute to occupancy and customer satisfaction while handling leasing paperwork and day-to-day office operations.

The role requires high school diploma, roughly one year of leasing experience in a computerized environment, and strong sales and interpersonal skills. Weekend work may be required; a valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Leasing experience in a computerized environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the property budget as set forth in Company guidelines.
• Leasing apartments at optimum rent levels and minimizing vacancies.
• Convert walk-in prospects into leases and schedule appointments.
• Screen applicants (credit reports, references) and prepare leases.
• Move-in orientations and maintain move-in/list of units.
• Promote resident retention and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate turnover scheduling and service work with vendors.
• Enter rent payments and perform bank deposits.
