General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, show available apartments, and guide them through the rental process. You will coordinate applications, assist with renewals, and support events in a collaborative team environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales or customer service, fluency in Spanish, and a valid driver's license. A positive, team-oriented attitude and reliable transportation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales and customer service.
• Spanish fluency is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.
• Show apartments and provide tours to assist in their search for a new home.
• Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager on community and resident appreciation events.
• Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors.
