General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking a Full-time Leasing Agent in Richmond, VA. You will lease apartments at optimum rents, convert inquiries to appointments and secured leases, and maintain tenant relationships while managing budgets per company guidelines.

Responsibilities include screening applicants, processing move-ins, and coordinating with maintenance and service teams. A High School Diploma and one year leasing experience are preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year leasing experience in a computerized environment preferred.
• Strong sales ability and customer service skills.
• Must have English language proficiency and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the property budget as set forth in Company guidelines.
• Leasing apartments at optimum rent levels and minimizing vacancies.
• Convert walk-ins and inquiries to appointments and leases.
• Screen applicants (credit reports, references) and prepare leases.
• Move-in orientations and resident relations to maximize retention.
• Maintain office operations and coordination with service groups.
