Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accountable for leasing apartments at optimum rent levels and minimizing vacancies.
• Screen applicants, review credit and references, prepare leases and move-in packets.
• Manage renewals, subleases, and move-out processing; promote resident programs.
• Maintain office appearance, handle calls, and coordinate utilities and turnovers.
• Support social activities and respond to resident concerns per policy.
