• Experience in property management or leasing operations.
• Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing basics.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations under Community Manager guidance.
• Maintain tenant, applicant, vendor, and accounting files.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and resident events.
• Prepare occupancy reports, rent rolls, and budget inputs.
• Approve or process applications and conduct pre-move-in inspections.
• Monitor unit readiness, security deposits, and compliance with laws.
