Cardinal Group Companies in Mobile, AL is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader for our community. This full-time, non-exempt role supports the Community Manager in property operations with a focus on leasing, marketing, and resident relations to achieve high occupancy and exceptional service.

You will greet prospects, qualify needs, present the property, process applications, update records, coordinate tours, and assist residents.

Qualifications

1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
High-energy and fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills, friendly and helpful.
Strong phone and in-person communication.
Basic computer skills: typing and writing for memos and correspondence.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Evenings and weekends availability.
Ability to embody Cardinal Culture and Core Values.

Responsabilités

Greet prospective clients warmly, qualify needs, present the property, and close the sale.
Answer incoming calls professionally and route as needed.
Complete lease applications and participate in verification; notify results.
Maintain client records and update daily activity reports.
Maintain tour routes and curb appeal for showing prospects.
Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of concierge duties.
Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
