Cardinal Group Companies seeks a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader for a busy Mobile, AL community. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on leasing, marketing, and resident relations to maintain 100% occupancy through proactive leasing and superior service.

You will assist the Community Manager, greet prospects, process applications, and ensure accurate records while embracing Cardinal culture and values in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills—warm, friendly, and helpful.
• Strong communication and written correspondence abilities.
• Basic computer skills: typing and simple word processing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to embody Cardinal Culture and Core Values daily.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients and qualify needs; present property and units.
• Answer calls professionally from clients, residents, or vendors.
• Process lease applications and assist in verifications; notify results.
• Maintain accurate client records and daily vacancy/activity reports.
• Maintain tour routes for curb appeal.
• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
