Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader in West Lafayette, IN, full-time and non-exempt. You will support the Community Manager, with emphasis on leasing, marketing, resident relations and operations to drive 100% occupancy and strong pre-leasing for future availability.

This role requires supervising leasing processes, greeting prospects, handling applications, and maintaining records while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy, fast-paced environment; provide excellent service.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present property and apartments, use feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow-up.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and route to the appropriate party.
• Complete lease applications and verify results; notify applicants of outcomes.
• Maintain client records; update daily reports on notices to vacate and vacancy activity.
• Maintain the tour route for curb appeal; assist residents through concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
