You will lead leasing activities, respond to inquiries, and coordinate pre-leasing of future availability while upholding Cardinal's values and standards. The role is full-time and non-exempt, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to embody Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present the property and apartments, close the sale and follow-up.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and route to appropriate parties.
• Complete lease applications and verify; notify applicants of results.
• Maintain accurate client records and daily vacancy/activity reports.
• Maintain tour routes for curb appeal and assist residents as part of concierge program.
