Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader in Tampa to support the Community Manager across leasing, marketing, and resident relations. The role targets 100% occupancy through retention, current leases, and pre-leasing of future availability.

This full-time, non-exempt position requires 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience, a high-energy, service-oriented mindset, and solid computer skills. Evening and weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present the property and apartments, and close the sale.
• Answer incoming calls professionally for prospects, clients, colleagues or vendors.
• Complete lease applications and participate in application verifications, notify results.
• Maintain and update client records and daily reports per policy.
• Maintain tour route for curb appeal and assist residents as part of concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
