You will greet prospects, present the property, process applications, and maintain records. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills: warm, friendly, and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Strong communication and writing ability; basic computer skills including typing.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, present the property, and close the sale.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and route appropriately.
• Complete lease applications and verify results with prospects.
• Maintain accurate client records and daily reports.
• Keep tour routes and curb appeal in good condition.
• Assist residents via the concierge program and participate in required Cardinal U training.
