Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader to support the Community Manager in property operations with a strong emphasis on leasing, marketing, and resident relations to drive 100% occupancy.

The role requires managing leasing activities, marketing efforts, and resident services while collaborating with the team. This full-time, non-exempt position offers hourly pay with benefits and bonus eligibility.

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Excellent customer service skills; warm, friendly and helpful.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present the property and apartments, use feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow-up.
• Answer incoming calls professionally for clients, internal team members or vendors.
• Complete lease applications and participate in application verification; notify results.
• Maintain client records and daily occupancy/activity reports.
• Maintain and improve the tour route for curb appeal.
• Assist residents as part of the community's concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
