Cardinal Group Companies in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader to support the Community Manager. You will focus on leasing, marketing, resident relations, and daily property operations to drive 100% occupancy while balancing service and efficiency.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, presenting the property, processing applications, updating reports, coordinating tours, supporting residents, and participating in Cardinal U training to uphold Cardinal culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks and correspondence writing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Ability to embody Cardinal Culture and Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients and qualify needs, present the property, and close the sale.
• Handle incoming calls professionally from clients, internal teams, or vendors.
• Complete lease applications and participate in verification; notify results.
• Maintain accurate client records and update daily reports.
• Maintain tour routes for curb appeal and support concierge tasks.
• Participate in Cardinal U training.
