Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and fast pace environment.
• Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service.
• Excellent customer service skills warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, recommend, present the property and apartments, use feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow up.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally for prospects, clients, internal staff or vendors.
• Complete lease applications and participate in verification; notify prospects of results.
• Maintain client records per policy; update daily vacancy and activity reports.
• Maintain and refresh the tour route to ensure curb appeal.
• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of the community concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
