Qualifications

• Ability to prepare leasing reports and track performance.
• Proficiency with social media for property promotion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing plans and develop strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Prepare daily and weekly leasing reports and pricing recommendations.
• Ensure leasing staff complies with corporate procedures and Fair Housing laws.
• Manage leases and monitor guarantor approvals.
• Update and analyze data in Entrata and other systems.
• Coordinate resident retention programs and site tours.
• Keep collateral and promotional materials stocked and up-to-date.
• Monitor social media channels to promote the property.
