Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing: Prepare marketing plans and strategies to meet occupancy goals; monitor leasing reports and pricing, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and data entry in Entrata; generate leads, conduct tours, and manage social media for promotion.
• General Administration: Maintain confidentiality, attend meetings, follow Landmark Properties policies; manage move-ins/outs and communicate lease terms to residents and parents; assist with corporate projects.
• Financial Management: Maximize revenue and occupancy; operate within marketing budget; oversee lease parameters with staff.
• Customer Service: Understand and respond to residents' and vendors' needs; maintain communication; manage monthly newsletters and resident communications; mediate roommate conflicts.
• Facilities: Assist in turn plans and property inspections; address maintenance issues; coordinate with maintenance team for quarterly checks.
• Risk Control: Enforce safety procedures; report security risks; assist in emergencies with corporate team.
• Work Environment & Physical Demands: Reflects typical office environment; occasional intrastate/interstate travel and possible air travel for company business.
