Foundation Communities is seeking an Assistant Manager for Cardinal Point in Austin, TX. The role supports the Property Manager, oversees leasing duties, and ensures accurate resident records while maintaining high service standards.

Based at the property, you will handle renewals, reports, and resident communications, with emphasis on compliance and efficient operations in a residential community context.

Qualifications

• Onsite software experience.
• Fair Housing training.
• Sound judgment to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Posts all rents, deposits, fees, and daily bank deposits.
• Prepares and gives residents 90-60-30-day renewal notices on a timely manner.
• Conducts recertification and background checks.
• Maintains accurate and organized resident records.
• Issues appropriate notices (late payments, evictions, NSF checks).
• Prepares and updates reports as delegated by Property Manager.
• Greets prospective residents, shows property and performs all leasing functions.
