Job summary

CAF Management is seeking an Assistant Manager/Leasing to support daily operations, leasing oversight, and resident relations at our community in Austin. This onsite, full-time role involves helping manage rent collection, move-ins and renewals, and coordinating with the leasing team to meet occupancy goals.

You’ll use Entrata for resident records, reporting, and workflows, and collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure exceptional service and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily leasing or assistant property management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Proficiency with property management software like Entrata.
• Availability to work Saturdays; Sundays off; flexible weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations including leasing, resident communication, and service coordination.
• Help manage rent collection, delinquencies, and financial reporting.
• Support move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident events.
• Work closely with the leasing team to meet occupancy goals.
• Use Entrata to maintain resident records, prepare reports, and manage workflows.
• Respond to resident questions or concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Communicate regularly with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community goals.
