Centerpoint Apartments is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and leasing at our apartment community. You will assist the Property Manager with customer service, leasing efforts, and administrative processes.

The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience, with leasing experience preferred and familiarity with OneSite software. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, and the candidate should be dependable and able to work independently or

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with OneSite software is a plus.
• Good communication, problem-solving and organization.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post income within 24 hours of collection.
• Prepare and deliver delinquency, eviction notices and three-day notices to vacate.
• Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
• Participate in leasing activity.
• File resident correspondence and support in office management.
• Prepare security deposit refunds or charges.
• Post vending commissions, NSF checks, and other incomes/expenses.
• Keep lease files current and complete.
• Assist in taking over Property Manager responsibilities when PM is unavailable.
