DMA Properties, a boutique real estate firm, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Austin, TX. You will support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations to ensure a well-functioning community administratively, financially, and socially.

The role requires a customer-focused approach and adherence to quality standards. You will handle renewals, maintain records for vacancies, and coordinate leasing activities to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of multifamily real estate experience.
• Understanding of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Experience with tax credit communities preferred.
• Proven accounting and collections experience.
• Proven success with collections and renewals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet time requirements and respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Experience with AppFolio, BlueMoon/Redbook, MS Office, TDHCA, Dropbox, Paycor and Zoom preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service to current and future residents.
• Assist the Property Manager with resident renewals.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all vacant units.
• Help resolve resident disputes with a high level of service.
• Schedule make readies to prepare units for new residents.
• Support leasing, resident retention, concessions, and customer service activities.
