BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced insurance coverage attorney to join their Atlanta practice. The ideal candidate will handle property coverage matters and demonstrate strong research and writing skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple matters.

Requirements include admission to practice law (California bar preferred), substantial experience in insurance coverage, excellent academics or solid work history, and proven communications and mentoring abilities.

• Admitted to practice law; California bar admission strongly preferred.
• Experience in insurance coverage.
• Excellent academic credentials or solid work history.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and claim materials.
• Draft coverage opinions and provide client recommendations.
• Prepare correspondence for colleagues and clients.
• Analyze documents for litigation purposes.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Draft pleadings and briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend and advocate at hearings and mediations.
