Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in Insurance Coverage for its Denver, Colorado office. The ideal candidate will have over three years of coverage litigation experience and possess strong research and writing skills.

You will draft pleadings and briefs, analyze policies, prepare coverage opinions, and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations. This is a hybrid role requiring excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple matters.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Colorado.
• 3+ years of insurance coverage experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle matters of a highly sensitive nature.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Capable of working within a team.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and briefs.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients.
• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis.
• Review documents in preparation for litigation.
• Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Submit filings to the court.
