Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to practice; California bar preferred.
• Insurance coverage experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and claim materials.
• Draft coverage opinions and provide client recommendations.
• Prepare correspondence for colleagues and clients.
• Analyze documents for litigation purposes.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Draft pleadings and briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend and advocate at hearings and mediations.
